The print job seems to get stuck in the network print server’s internal queue. The manuals I saw were in English for the dip and difp did not see di without suffix letter.

The Konica website has a manual but it is in Chinese. I’m not sure if this is the proper forum for this question but I’m out of ideas. You may just need to clear out the print cue instead of restarting. Forgot Password No problem! This printer doesn’t have a built in NIC so we used an Axis Communications Network Print Server connected to the parallel port to get it on the network.

We don’t have the manual for this printer. No one can print to the printer again until you open a browser, connect to the network print server and restart it or pull the plug. What is a Tag?

This printer is a network printer. It worked fine for teh 1st 6 hizhub now it does not want to print anymore until you shut the printer off then back on then it spews out all the print jobs at once then your able to print more jobs before it stops printing again until you need to bizgub the printer off then on again.
